Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services

The services offered through this portfolio are creative and professional solutions, including but not limited to design, branding, content creation, multimedia editing, consulting, and related digital services. The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined in a written agreement or proposal prior to commencement. Any services not expressly outlined will be considered outside the agreed scope.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required to complete the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may result in adjustments to the project timeline or additional costs. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided is accurate, lawful, and free of third-party claims.

Project Timeline

Project timelines will be communicated in advance and agreed upon before work begins. While every effort will be made to meet deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted based on revisions, client responsiveness, or unforeseen circumstances. Any timeline changes will be communicated promptly.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the proposal or invoice issued for each project. Unless otherwise stated, a percentage of the total fee may be required as an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Copyright

The client warrants that any materials provided (such as text, images, logos, or other assets) do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. The service provider retains the right to display completed work as part of their portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. If the client terminates before completion, payment will be required for all work completed up to the date of termination, including any non-refundable expenses. In the event of termination by the service provider, all completed deliverables up to that point will be transferred to the client once payments are settled.

Change Orders

Any requests for changes or additions to the agreed scope of work must be made in writing. Additional costs, revised timelines, or adjustments to deliverables may apply. Changes will only be implemented once both parties agree to the revised terms.

Confidentiality

All information, data, and materials shared by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after the completion of services.

Insurance and Liability

While every effort will be made to ensure the quality and accuracy of the services provided, the service provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of deliverables. The client assumes full responsibility for the final use of the work. The service provider carries no insurance coverage for the client’s operations or business.

Intellectual Property

All original work created remains the property of the service provider until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing. Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the intellectual property of the service provider.
